About Sandy Weiner

As a professional artist, Sandy transforms beat-up or discarded furniture into a thing of beauty.
She brings that same perspective into her coaching practice, guiding clients to breathe new life into a stale job or an unfulfilling relationship. Sandy’s uncanny ability to reveal the hidden treasures that lie within each client has led her to become a well-sought after coach. She consistently leads her clients to a bigger, bolder, more resonant and passionate life.
Case Study
Deborah Emery, principal interior designer at Emery Design Associates, LLC, was about to celebrate her twentieth year in practice. Although she was running a successful business, Deborah was often exhausted. She came to Sandy for help in becoming more; bolder in her communications, more clear about what kinds of clients she wanted to work with, more focused on her unique gifts, and more time to devote to her family and friends.
Within a few months, Deborah had more energy and balance in her life. She scheduled in weekly dates with her husband. Deborah learned to delegate better, hiring a bookkeeper to free up her time to focus her talent on design and building client relationships. To increase productivity and flow, she established regular meetings with her assistant and created a website (emerydesign.net) with one of Sandy’s clients. She is now attracting her perfect client more often, and her business has soared, the last two months yielding higher earnings than ever. And all this in a down economy! (Read Deborah’s testimonial)
Sandy’s Journey
Sandy’s life journey has contributed to the rich experience and compassion she brings to her clients. Growing up with a chronically depressed father who became stuck during life’s major transitions, Sandy learned to be grateful for the gifts of her inner wisdom, clarity and ability to choose powerfully in her life. She vowed to never be a ‘woulda shoulda coulda’ victim of her life’s circumstances. Her practical ‘can-do’ spirit and positive energy helped her navigate through the genetic illness of her firstborn son, becoming a fierce advocate for his rare disease. When he tragically passed away at the age of five, she learned more about the strength of her inner reserves, and went on to raise three more children who are kind, creative, self-confident and bright. When her failing 23-year marriage ended in divorce, she found the fortitude to begin again, taking the necessary steps to put one foot in front of the other and establish a warm and cozy home for her kids, manage her finances well, and set up a thriving coaching practice. Sandy’s philosophy is to keep moving forward, step after scary step, to build an exciting and fulfilling life, one that has her getting up each morning eager to hit the ground running.
Sandy received her coaching credentials from The Coaches Training Institute, or CTI. She chose CTI for its rigorous program, and went on to become certified as a Co-Active Certified Professional Coach, or CPCC. She is also an ACC, or Associate Certified Coach, through the International Coaches Federation, the leading global organization, with over 14,000 members, dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches.
