Sharyn, I love your family tradition of creating memories together and sharing in a sacred safe and confidential space. That's what it's all about.
Keep on keeping those memories alive. It's a gift you bring to the universe!

I loved your story. I know that everyone has many stories to share and that is why I started my business "Baery Special Memories--remember, reflect, record". Keeping your stories alive is the string that holds families together.
Once in a while (we use to do it more often when our 15 year old was younger) we would sit around the dinner table and talk about our highs and lows of the day. It was a special part of the evening meal. We all had a chance to tell about feelings we experienced during the day, as the rest of the family just listened. Whatever we talked about did not leave the room. The special feeling of connection radiated throughout the room.
