Dear Sandy,
Sounds like you maintain an enjoyable balance in everything you do. That is very important and I am glad that it is working out for you. I have noticed that when I am in balance, everything around me remains that way and whatever I do is in keeping with the energy and it doesn’t matter what I do so much. When I am out of balance I lack in the clarity of my expressions. Being alone a lot grounds me more, and enables me to reconnect with that balance, but I realise that it also brings me out of touch with people sometimes. I feel that finding that balance for each experience is important and I have learnt how to work around that, by appreciating how I express myself during these experiences.
