Linda,
Thanks for visiting my blog and for your enthusiastic comments. Reminds me that I need to buckle down for day two. I don't know how we can keep up creating every day, but I am sure we'll do it. I look forward to seeing your work, too!

Debbie,
Your acknowledgment touched my heart. Thank you for that and for the positive feedback on my art. Yes, the black background is also watercolor. The whole piece is, except for the thin outline around the letters. Why don't you sign up for Art Every Day Month? You could submit in any medium. I would love to see your work posted on the blog. Go for it!

Beautiful - you beautify, repair, and rebuild the world in so many ways! Love the colors and the squiggly spirals. Is the black background watercolor, too?

Ana,
Thanks for the your acute observation of me as an artist. Yes, you are spot on that color is a big part of who I am, and that my Hebrew name does speak to the essence of who I am. I agree, our names are a significant insight into our souls. I look forward to seeing your posts.

Sam,
Thanks for noticing the color and texture of my painting.

Leah,
Thanks for hosting this wonderful program. And thank you for taking the time to comment on my painting with such specific comments as to the nature of what I did. It encourages me to create every day!

Dear Shivra (Sandy),

Congragulations to you on this launch of your first piece of work, which is most delicate and significant work of art, filled with joy and colour. I can pick up that the tie in with your name through the hebrew and the colour is a great part of you. It's such a beautiful meaning, your name. :) Are names are all reflections of ourselfs, and are put there for a purpose-I think you know now why.

I am also taking part in Art Every Day Month, and I think it is a wonderful inspiration to engage in our inner selfs.

I look forward to seeing more of you.

Kind Wishes

xx
